There are many ways to measure impact. Happiness, greater good, sustainability, likes, clicks. The list is endless. Hint: if you work in an ordinary organization – like most people do – the impact currency will be profitable revenue (no matter what the website says).

What’s your work worth—in real money? That’s a tough question to answer. Don’t let others do the guesswork for you. Chances are, their number will be lower than yours. Take charge.
